The Art of Contemporary Yoga School in Germany, is held at the Centre for Change in Tübingen, near Suttgart.  

The retreats are currently planned to be held at the Centre where the facilities for Yoga are beautiful and the Teachers in Training from both countries will be able to meet each other.

Alex lives and works in Tübingen, teaching Yoga classes there as well as the School. It is a University Town, in an exquisite part of Germany. The Centre is close to the gorgeous town, full of old buildings dating back to the 17th Century, with a Castle up on the hills behind it.

Inside the Centre itself on the main floor, there is a stunning Bar that opens onto a Roof Terrace, with views across Tübingen and comfortable seating for 100 people. The bar serves drinks and light refreshments throughout the day and evening, and opens onto a huge space for Dancing, which is taught there daily. The Centre hosts parties and wonderful cultural events. 

A circular opening to a Spiral Staircase invites you to go downstairs. Off the curved corridor at the bottom of the stairs, are three dedicated rooms:

One room is for Pilates & Gyrotonic, one is for Treatments and the third is dedicated to Yoga. The whole Centre is full of creative energy and beautiful pieces of art with an atmosphere of relaxed and lively good humour.

Details of the Retreat Days and the possibilities for travel and accommodation will be given separately during the course, as they may vary as the time approaches.
