The benefits of the course are many and varied. Besides the opportunity to become a fully accredited, Internationally Registered Yoga Teacher (in both one-to-one practice and classes), you will be trained in Subtle Touch Skills and the Healing Arts, able also to teach Pranayama and Contemporary Meditation.
You will have a broad understanding of Yoga styles as well as an in-depth study of the asana and their application to human form; from an anatomical, physical, energetic and therapeutic point of view. The course will also provide ample opportunity to deepen your own spiritual practice and develop your creative approach and intuitive work, with yourself and others.
- You will have a Primary Degree Diploma in the Art of Contemporary Yoga and the Science of Body Architecture.
- You will have a broad and thorough understanding of Yoga as a movement form and a therapeutic means of restoring the body.
- You will have a strong foundation in teaching skills and in the Healing Arts, providing a platform from which to explore further if you wish to.
- You will spend time developing your own style and purpose - whether it is entirely for your own practice and benefit, or to teach others.
